Although we are presently working with the above staffs, but it mainly depends on volume of works we handle. There is nothing absolute in number, which means the way we grow, our supporting work force will also grow accordingly as you will notice.

We have 3,000 square feet well furnished standard office with all communication facilities. We are well connected with reputed fabric manufacturers of Taiwan, China, Vietnam and Pakistan. We have also a design developing house to meet the ever changing requirements of our buyers.

Our Senior Merchandiser is primarily responsible for coordinating the execution of all the orders starting from the sourcing of input materials up to final shipment. Every Merchandiser is assigned with specific order for coordinating the execution with factories in day to day basis. Each of our Quality Controllers is responsible for one factory who stays at factory floor and take cares all quality aspects in every stage and make daily reports to respective merchandiser about production as well as quality appraisal. Based on these daily reports merchandisers (with the consultation of senior merchandiser) provide necessary directives and do follow-ups. Every merchandiser must visit factories doing his orders at least three times in a week just to ensure that all his directives are followed properly and report to senior merchandiser after each visit.

The Board of Directors has the complete responsibility of selecting factories for each order and coordinates with factory owners/directors and supervises all our staffs for smooth operation as per the schedule. It also looks after all overseas developments and correspondence.
